Responsibilities

As the Finance Assistant in PSI/Liberia Office, duties include but are not limited to the following job functions:

1. Create Invoices in QuickBooks
2. Document receipt of payments in QuickBooks
3. Enter vendor invoices in QuickBooks
4. Enter inventory in custom program
5. Reconciles and maintains all expense reports
6. File and maintain company records
7. Maintains Cash/ Petty cash imprest system
8. Carry out other banking related activities as assigned by supervisor
9. Works with other administrative staff in ordering and maintaining supplies.

IN GENERAL:

  •  Must have working knowledge and experience working in QuickBooks as well as ability to adapt to clients’ own accounting system
  •  Must have a working knowledge of MS Office suite especially Excel and Microsoft Word
  •   Must be able to safeguard confidential information
  • Must be able to learn quickly and adapt to new situations with ease
  • Must be able to handle workload both on your own and with others
  • Must have good communication skills both verbally and written
  •  Must be able to execute your job description

Qualifications:

  •  Associate or Bachelors Degree in Accounting preferred or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years work experience required
  • Fluency in English is required
